2026-08-14 first power
rev A2, the fixed spin after rev A's reset glitch. Cold resistance clean. Rails up in order; the reset now releases cleanly with no brown-out retrigger, which was the whole point of A2. Loader and console up together.
2026-08-19 closed
Peripheral walk clean, thermal pass to the claimed maximum, 24 h soak flat. Closed as up with no outstanding items and no bodges. The rev A reset problem is gone; A2 is the build target.
