Entry open. Outstanding: high-speed serial port does not enumerate. Housekeeping side is fully up, so the board is partial, not blocked.

2026-09-26 first power
First power clean on an L-shaped motherboard, the most crowded board this year. Housekeeping rails and the housekeeping console came up by themselves, which is the good news. The high-speed serial port is silent: not enumerating, no link.
2026-09-30 probing serial
Scope on the high-speed pair shows the transmitter driving but nothing coming back. Reference clock to that controller is present and in spec at the pin. Suspect either the AC-coupling caps are the wrong value from the reel or a lane is swapped in the connector; both are on the list to check next session.
