2025-11-07 first power
Cold resistance clean, every rail over 400 Ohm to ground. Brought up current-limited at 2x idle with the comms module unpopulated. All four rails came up in the designed order; the 3V3 lagged the 1V2 by 8 ms, inside spec. Clock present at the SoC pin, 24.000 MHz, clean.
2025-11-12 peripheral walk
Walked the peripherals one at a time. Ethernet PHY linked at 1G, no retrains. The SD slot needed a 10k pull the schematic had as DNP; added it as a bodge and noted it for rev E. Thermal pass to 70 C in the enclosure, sensor on the regulator, no fold-back.
2025-11-21 closed
24 h soak in the enclosure, unattended, logged current every minute: flat within 3%. No outstanding items. Closed up; rev D is the one to build against. One bodge carried: the SD pull-up.
